“I witnessed an ICE arrest this morning[4/21/25] at the corner of River Road and Ferndal, in Santa Clara[Eugene], The hispanic landscaper was pulled over by at leaste three unmarked police cars, and were being questioned by plain-clothed officers upon my arrival. They had vests on that said they were “Police-Federal Agents”. After talking to the person that was pulled over, he said that they had arrested his son and that he was taken away in a marked police car. I did not see the marked car and I cannot find any record of Eugene Police, Springfield Police, or Oregon State Police making an arrest at that location, at that time. This is all very suspicious. Be careful out there and know your rights.”
