Report submitted documenting arrest on 10/15/2025

Federal agents take someone into custody just as they are released from Lane County jail. A witness who filmed says it was ICE agents, and the abductee is a person of color.

“The person captured was being released from custody – unknown whether it was pre-arraignment custody or release after serving a sentence, but the man had a jail property bag indicating they were releasing him and not officially`transferring custody.”
This report was submitted with pictures and video. the person filming says it was ICE. The pictures at least confirm they were federal agents.

The video is blurred to protect the identity of the arrestee. We don’t know who they are.
